In 2024, Novaxion successfully installed the BlowSide robot at BA Glass in Spain.
This groundbreaking project marked a world first. Its main objectives were to enhance safety and automate the finishing side, optimize machine take-out, and improve the Pack-to-Melt ratio of the production line.

One Step Coating - Optimized and sustainable lubrication.
Graphoidal is pushing the boundaries of lubrication with One Step Coating, an innovative technology that combines multiple treatments in a single application to enhance equipment protection and performance. This process reduces lubricant consumption and extends the lifespan of components, contributing to a more sustainable and efficient production.
Driving sustainable solutions
As part of our commitment to sustainability, four Skeleton products from Pennine have been granted approval under the UK Green Channel, a program established by the UK Intellectual Property Office (UKIPO) to accelerate patents for environmentally beneficial innovations. This recognition highlights the positive environmental impact of our products and enables faster market adoption of sustainable technologies. Pennine’s Skeleton link is a patent-pending advancement in silent chain technology, designed to enhance conveyor efficiency while reducing energy consumption
Our co-development
Flexstacker 2 completion
To complement the turnkey offerings of one of our key partners (BEG) we developed, in conjunction with our customer, the Flexstacker 2 Lehr loader. This utilises a motion control program which was jointly developed along with Bucher automation controls.
Speedliner 25-S
The smallest member of the Speedliner family designed to operate at conveyor speeds of up to 25M/Min. utilising Siemens technology. This offering is also aimed at the glass decorating sector whereby Sheppee are in early stages with a large turnkey supplier with a view to offer a White label product.
Speedliner 55-CT
Sheppee has a large footprint of legacy Lehr loaders utilising “Control Techniques” controls. We have invested in the full software rewrite to cater for our customers who wish to stay with this specification of controls, harnessed within the more capable running chassis of the Speedliner.
Project CAMERA
In 2025, Novaxion developed and implemented a robotized thermal measurement solution for mold temperature monitoring and control.
Integrated as a new embedded function on the Novaxion swabbing robot, this innovation was successfully deployed in partnership with a leading glass packaging production company.
Novaxion co-developed the FLEXrobot BLANKSIDE and BLOWSIDE robots.
The project aimed to enhance safety and automate both the blank side and blow side, while improving process speed and reliability. The collaboration involved multiple on-site testing phases and adjustments to address the specific constraints of local production.
This close partnership enabled the rapid validation of tailored technical solutions and the efficient integration of the BLANKSIDE and BLOWSIDE robots into production lines.
