Novaxion strengthens its Sales & Services organization to better serve its customers!

At Rondot Group, supporting long-term customer performance is a key priority. In this context, Novaxion is evolving its organization to reinforce its Sales & Services capabilities and better support customers throughout their projects.

Mathieu evolves into the role of Acquisition Process Director, focusing on the acquisition and adoption of new production processes by customers and their operational teams, supporting the deployment of Novaxion’s automated solutions.

Mélanie joins Novaxion as Sales Director, supporting the sales strategy within Rondot Group and contributing to the development and structuring of new solution and service offerings.

An independent Service & Support Division is created to support the growing installed robot fleet and customer service needs, covering maintenance and technical support (on-site and remote), as well as customer training.

This new organization aims to enhance responsiveness and customer service in relation to key industrial challenges: productivity, quality, digitalization, safety, and environmental performance.
