GLA.MO.RO. Srl (Glass Morata Rondot), now RONDOT ITALY, was founded in February 2006 through a partnership with RONDOT GROUP, a leading manufacturer and distributor of high-quality, high-performance solutions for the glass industry.

The company builds on the extensive experience of Alessandro Morata, a recognized expert in the glass market, active in the sector since 1994 as an agent and distributor for renowned international brands such as Penelectro Ltd, Glassworks Equipment, and Heat Up.
Since its foundation, Glamoro Srl has grown steadily, from a team of 2 to 8 professionals, while significantly expanding its market presence and its portfolio of products and suppliers. Today, the company offers comprehensive solutions covering the entire glass production process, from the furnace to the cold end.
As an integral part of the Rondot Group since 2006, GLA.MO.RO. Srl evolved in 2026 into RONDOT ITALY, reflecting an even stronger integration within the Group, while maintaining the same team, expertise, values and commitment to its customers. The company continues to operate in full alignment with the Group’s strategic vision and objectives, which guide its ongoing and future development.

Spraying solutions
Graphoidal designs, manufacturers and supplies four types of products, as well as delivering spares and repair activity. It’s the most dominant supplier of shear spray systems and cold end spray bridges in the glass container market. More than 1,250 lines use Graphoidal equipment, representing more than 30% of the world’s production.
Delivery, variable and measuring equipment
Created in 1936, Rondot S.A.S. is one of the oldest members within the Group. Manufacturing and distributing specialist equipment and consumables to the global hollow glass industry, this includes IS machine delivery equipment, parts and measurement tools. Rondot S.A.S. also markets brands of principals (Kleenmold, Lattimer, Heye, Arkema, etc.) and provides maintenance contracts to customers.
Complete cooling system
Due to more than 25 years of experience, LWN Lufttechnik has been able to deliver complete cooling systems to glass plants all over the world. By bringing together knowledge, trust, and efficiency, LWN has built a solid reputation for its ability to provide complex and reliable solutions. Its expertise covers the entire process, starting with detailed design work, continuing through precise manufacturing, and concluding with a fully controlled assembly phase that ensures consistent performance and quality.
Plunger mechanisms and forming devices
Founded by Joseph W. Kozora, an inventor and entrepreneur ahead of his time, Quantum Engineered Products was incorporated in 1982. Two years later, Joseph secured the first of many worldwide patents, setting the foundation for the technology-driven company. As the business quickly grew, it moved to the current location in Saxonburg, Pennsylvania (USA) and was purchased by Rondot Group in 2021.
Swabbing system solution & data acquisition
Novaxion specialises in robotics at the hot end with a range of Glass Swabbing Robots and Gatherer Robots, including Swabbing Robot NX-VR-300, the largest revenue contributor product. The company manufactures a white-label swabbing robot for Bucher Emhart Glass. A partnership with robotics world leader Fanuc, will also benefit from the latest technologies in axis control, motor developments and control boards.
Ware handling solutions
Located in York, UK, Sheppee International Ltd offers turnkey ware handling solutions or individual small capex equipment, including ware transfer units, ware transfer drives, lehr loaders, auxiliary drive systems, and cross conveyor units. The company has co-developed and now manufactures a white-label lehr loader for leading OEM supplier Bucher Emhart Glass. Spare parts and consumables account for around 30% of total sales.
Metal conveyor or power transmission chains and sprockets
Since 1923, Ramsey Products has focused on helping industrial customers with the selection and application of Silent Chain drives, also known as Inverted Tooth Chain. Ramsey not only offers the world’s widest range of standard silent chains and sprockets, but also custom designs and produces chains and sprockets to fit customers’ exact requirements.
Silent glass conveying system and sprockets in the hot end
Based in Huddersfield, UK, Pennine Industrial has operated as an independent family-owned business for over 50 years. A recent acquisition, Pennine manufactures an extensive range of highly regarded silent glass conveyor chains, sprockets, plastic extrusions and plastic machined components for the hot end process. Glass plants all over the world benefit from the excellent service provided by its dedicated sales and support team.
Mould maintenance solution
Sonicam is the leading supplier of advanced machinery and equipment for Mould Manufacturing and Mould Maintenance, with at least 3 out of 4 glass plants worldwide using a Sonicam machine. The company has designed Green Field mould shops by providing innovative and efficient mould checking and repair machinery, abrasives and equipment, work benches and the entire mould shop layout.
