Our governance
Rondot Group has been growing in recent years through strong external growth. However, successfully integrating these acquisitions is crucial for the group. We ensure that the DNA of the new structure aligns with that of Rondot Group, both in terms of know-how and interpersonal skills, through a strong identification process in close collaboration with our investors.
Supervisory Board
The Supervisory Board is responsible for overseeing and monitoring the management of the company. It ensures the proper implementation of the defined strategy, the compliance of the operations carried out, and the transparency of financial and non-financial information.
Its main responsibilities consist of:- Monitoring the management of the Group, without interfering in the day-to-day running of the business;
- Reviewing the financial statements, audit reports, and the main risks to which the company is exposed;
- Ensuring compliance with governance, ethics, and compliance rules;
- Providing strategic and governance recommendations to the Chairman of the Group.
The Supervisory Board acts in the interest of the company and its stakeholders, ensuring a balance between control and performance in the service of sustainable and transparent growth.
Our Board of Directors is composed of diverse and complementary expertise, combining entrepreneurial vision, financial support, and independent perspectives. The Board includes:
- Louis Rondot, Founder of the Group
- Our Major financial partners, Siparex and Initiative & Finance
- One Managing Director
- An independent external Administrator, bringing additional insight and perspective
This governance structure ensures both continuity and innovation, while supporting the Group’s long-term growth and commitments.

Executive Committee
The Executive Committee plays a pivotal role in embedding sustainability into the Rondot Group’s long-term strategy, treating it as a critical element rather than merely a compliance exercise like meeting Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) standards. Actively involved from the outset, the Committee shapes the CSRD approach to ensure it evolves into a group-wide, long-term strategy. This alignment across all divisions establishes a strong foundation for sustainable development initiatives.

Today, the question is no longer if we should act, but rather how we should act.
2024 marked a turning point for Rondot Group, embedding sustainability at the core of our strategy. What could have been a regulatory constraint has become a driver of transformation and competitiveness, shaping our five-year roadmap with the full engagement of our subsidiaries.
Structuring our impact: A robust and coherent approach:
- Environmental: reducing our carbon footprint.
- Social: enhancing employee engagement and well-being.
